      • A residue build-up is observed on the ceiling of the walk-in cooler.
      • Clean and sanitize the ceiling. E-mail a picture once completed. Comments The hand sinks are supplied with hot and cold water, soap, and paper towel. The coolers are at 4°C or lower; the freezers are at -18°C or lower. NOTE: Temperature logs are on site; ensure that temperatures are recorded daily. Bleach sanitizer registers at 200 ppm - one teaspoon bleach to one litre water. The high temperature dishwasher registers at 71°C and above. No signs of pests are observed at the time of the inspection. Pest control measures are in place. Overall, the facility is clean and well maintained.
