- Meat balls and single-use creamers stored in the 1st counter backup cooler were measured at 12.5C and 17C respectively. Internal cooler temperature was measure above 4C. Foods were discarded during inspection. District manager was informed of the cooler malfunction and food handlers were instructed not to use cooler till repaired. Repair cooler to ensure cold foods are maintained at 4C and below.

- Sauce scraper was stored in the gap between the prep table and the wall. This surface is not easily cleanable.Scraper was removed from gap and transferred to the dishwashing sink for cleaning. Store food equipment on uncontaminated surfaces that can be easily cleaned.
