Provide adequate and cleanable storage bins for brooms, mops, dust pans, and other cleaning tools when not in use. Thoroughly clean and organize the area to remove debris and ensure sufficient space for easy access and proper storage.

Update: Staff indicated that hot water temperature at sink had been adjusted. Plumbing was under repair at the time of inspection. Hence, hot water temperature was not checked. Adjust temperature to ensure proper hand washing.

- Kitchen staff was not properly trained on using the 3-compartment sink for manual dishwashing. Staff was educated on the proper procedures and manager was instructed to train all new staff on the following the proper dishwashing procedures.

- The kitchen hand sink did not have paper towel. A paper towel roll was placed beside the sink, not in inside the dispenser. Manager explained that paper towel roll does not fit the dispenser. Ensure paper towel is installed in the dispenser provided at the hand washing stations.

- Live and dead cockroaches were observed in sticky traps beside the electrical panel. Remove cockroaches and replace traps. Disinfect contaminated areas and monitor for signs of pest activity throughout the facility.Update Aug 14/23: More dead cockroaches were observed on the floor behind the shelving units and cooler in the front check-out counter area. Operator has engaged a licensed pest management operator.Update October 3/23: No cockroaches observed at the time of observation. Follow up required to confirm no further activity.
