- Several containers in the upper portion of the food prep cooler measured approximately 8-10 degrees Celsius. Meat was removed from the containers and placed in the refrigerator, so the containers were not as full; the lid for the cooler was also placed closed between customers to bring the temperature down to 4 degrees Celsius.
