- Sanitizer spray bottle measured to be over >400PPM of Quats. The whole bottle of solution almost had to be emptied and redone 3 times to measure at 200ppm of Quats.Please use test papers to ensure maintaining at 200PPM of Quats at all times.

- Observed food handling staff preparing food at the front of the house - go to the back open the door to the walk in cooler - retrieve some patties of food items and back to the front of the house finishing up food preparation with the same disposable glove. No tongs and or changing of disposable gloves noted during this duration.
