- Observation(s): One of the food handlers went to the walk in, and returned to the front service station ( meat slicing task). The worker donned a new pair of gloves but neglected to wash hands prior to donning the gloves- CDI One of the food handlers ( sandwich maker) was observed wearing multiple bracelets ( bangles on both wrists, when stacked together, the length of jewellery is approx 2 inches in length for each arm); the same worker was also observed wearing two rings on one of her hands-rings are not simple bands but ones with centre stones)
