- A coffee cup was sitting in the basin of the hand-washing sink. Please do not store any items in the basin of the hand-washing sink. A hand sink must be kept clear because placing items like a coffee cup in the basin prevents proper handwashing and can contaminate both the sink and the item.The cup was removed by staff at the time of the inspection.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Some ceiling tiles were missing in the back kitchen beside the walk-in cooler/freezer. Please reinstall the ceiling tiles such that the ceiling is smooth, impervious to moisture, and cleanable.
