- The high-temperature dishwasher's final rinse temperature reached 63.4 degrees after running for multiple cycles (5+). It appears that the water pressure at the booster is low, which may be causing the drop in temperature.REQUIREMENT: Repair the dishwasher and ensure the final temperature reaches 71C at the dish level.Conduct manual sanitization of equipment in the meantime and ensure there is a sufficient amount of single-use customer utensils (i.e. cups, plates, forks, knives, spoons, etc)
