- Written procedures were completed during the inspection including sink decontamination protocols.

- Semi-critical equipment is not being properly disinfected. A high level disinfectant is required. Purchase a high level disinfectant Most high level disinfectants have a 14-30 day reuse period. Purchase proper indicator test strips and maintain high level disinfectant logs (HLD logs). HLD log templates were left on-site.
