      • A stand mixer was stored directly next to the hand sink. Please relocate the mixer or install an approved barrier in the space.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The resident snack fridge in the staff lounge was missing a thermometer. Please obtain.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Dishwasher final rinse measured 63C at the dish level. Please manually sanitize all dishes/utensils until dishwasher is repaired and measures at least 71C at the dish level.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The dishwasher was leaking. Please repair.

      • It was observed that a staff member had not washed their hands after taking off their gloves; staff member was in the process of putting on new gloves before hands were washed. This was self-noted by the staff member and corrected during the inspection.REQUIREMENT: Please ensure that hands are washed before putting on a fresh pair of gloves.
