- - Temporary handwashing was not set up at the time of inspection. There was no catch basin to collect grey water, and soap and paper towels were not available for handwashing.*Staff filled the water container with a spigot, and soap and paper towels were arranged within a reasonable time.

- Lamb in a large pot was stored on floor. - Operator moved the lamb off the floor during inspection. **Ensure all food items are stored at a minimum of 6 inches above the floor to prevent from cross-contamination.
