      • Observed multiple cloths used to clean food debris, sitting on the table. After use the cloths should be placed in a sanitizer solution.May use an alternative method to clean food debris, like a dough scraper.

      • Observed a whole tray of prepared chicken breasts, stored in the walk-in cooler without cover. Ensure that all foods is protected by covers while stored in the walk-in cooler

      • Observed 2 containers with sanitizer right next to ready to eat food (picture taken).To avoid accidental contamination, no chemicals should be stored on food preparation surfaces or nearby food.Store the sanitizer solution on the shelf under the table
