    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • 1. There was no soap or hand towels at the sink in the laundry room.-Please provide soap and hand towels in appropriate dispensers to ensure proper handwashing practices.2. The hand sink adjacent to the diapering station in the infant room is not within children’s reach.-Please provide appropriate step stool to ensure proper handwashing practices.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Hot water temperature was measured at 30 °C.-Please increase and maintain the hot water temperature between 38 °C and 43 °C to ensure proper handwashing procedures.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • A vent in one of the staff washrooms was observed dirty.-Please clean the identified vent and maintain in sanitary condition at all times.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Clutter and materials stored on the floor were observed in the janitorial room.-Please declutter the indicated areas and ensure all materials are stored properly above floor level and in an organized manner to prevent pest harbourage.
