THE OWNER / OPERATOR OF THIS FACILITY MUST ENSURE THAT PEST CONTROL RECORDS ARE KEPT ON-SITE IN A BINDER SO THAT THEY CAN BE REVIEWED DURING FUTURE INSPECTIONS. IF FILLING OUT THE AHS PEST CONTROL CHECKLIST ONCE PER MONTH, ONLY THE MOST RECENT 12 PEST CONTROL CHECKLISTS MUST BE KEPT IN THIS BINDER FOR REVIEW.
