      • Porous and uncleanable equipment such as foot scrubber was being reused.-Please do not reuse the indicated equipment to prevent spread of infection.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Reusable semi-critical tools such nail cuticles and scissors were sprayed with preempt RTU.-Please procure and use high-level disinfectant such as preempt CS20 or HLD5 to disinfect such equipment.-Also ensure the equipment are fully immersed in undiluted high-level disinfectant for the allotment time before they are taken out, rinsed and air dried.
    • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
      • Some of the cosmetic containers/bottles were without product labels.-Please label all cosmetic containers with product name to prevent misuse.

      • Porous and uncleanable equipment such as nail files and bluffers were not being discarded after use, used nail files and bluffers were seen onsite during the inspection.-Please do not reuse equipment such as nail files and bluffers to prevent spread of infection.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Reusable semi-critical tools such nail cuticles and scissors were sprayed with high-level disinfectant, preempt CS20.-Please fully immerse these tools in undiluted preempt CS20 for 20 minutes before they are taken out, rinsed and air dried.-Also, paste step-by-step cleaning procedure for CS20 at the reprocessing sink.
