      • The whirlpool circulation flow rate was measured at 79.25 GPM. The calculated turnover time is approximately 23.33 minutes, which does not meet the required 20-minute turnover period. The calculated filtration rate is approximately 16.17 GPM/ft², which exceeds the applicable maximum filtration rate of <12.5 GPM/ft² for whirlpools.The minimum flow rate required to achieve the specified turnover period is 92.46 GPM. Increase the flow rate to meet the calculated minimum of 92.46 GPM or the manufacturer’s recommended flow rate of 100 GPM, as applicable. Ensure that water chemistry and bacteriological test results also meet the required standards.

      • Chemical levels are not tested and recorded properly, the review of the records showed there was no further record testing performed after chemicals was added to the whirlpool to show that water was properly balance and safe for use.-Please ensure proper testing and recording of pool water chemical parameters daily, before and after addition of chemicals, including time and quantity of any chemical additions.
