      • The pool operator who operates and maintains the pool on a day-to day basis was not sufficiently qualified.-Please ensure the pool operator who maintains the pool operations on daily basis is sufficiently qualified.

      • Chemical levels are not tested and recorded properly, the review of the records showed initial measurement of chlorine concentration at zero ppm everyday, there was no further record testing performed after chemicals was added to the pool to show that water was properly balance and safe for use.-Please ensure proper testing and recording of pool water chemical parameters daily, before and after addition of chemicals, including time and quantity of any chemical additions.

      • 1. The automated chemical feeding and monitoring system was not calibrated adequately, and its readings were inconsistent with manual readings. Manual pH reading was 7.0 and automated system reading was 7.6 at the time of inspection. - Repair, replace and/or calibrate the automatic chemical feeding and monitoring equipment and ensure this equipment is in good working condition.2. Main drain valve was fully open. - Keep main drain valve only 20-30% open to maximize surface recirculation.

      • 1. Chemical levels are not tested and recorded daily. Several days of testing was missing in a daily log. - Test and record chemical levels on daily basis. 2. Automated system readings were not being recorded. - Record daily automated system readings for ORP and pH. 3. Free chlorine level at the time of inspection tested 13.48 ppm but staff recorded only 5 ppm because their test kit does not read higher levels. - When free chlorine tests at 5 ppm, staff need to dilute the water sample to verify how much higher the chlorine level is. Or obtain a test kit that reads higher chlorine levels.

      • The pool was cloudy, and lot of dirt particles were seen floating in the water and skimmers.-Please treat and resolve the water cloudiness, and vacuum to remove all particles from the pool water.The pool was voluntarily closed until water cloudiness concern is resolved.
