- Observed unfinished ceiling (spray insulation) in coffee roasting area.
- Cover insulation with appropriate finishing material to prevent potential contamination of food, and to allow for effective cleaning of ceiling. Comments Initial inspection of coffee roastery operating without health approval. Facility is supplied with hot/cold potable water. Handwash station fully stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Two compartment sink available for warewashing. VIPER 750 ppm available for surface sanitizing. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. Operator has submitted application and required plans for approval. Health approval for facility is granted.
