      • The front counter prep line cooler measured between 9-11℃ at the top and ~6-8℃ at the bottom. Temperature logs were reviewed and the temperature was acceptable in the morning. Perishable foods were moved to another cooler during the inspection. A repair technician was contacted to investigate the warm temperature.
