- Observation: Only one sink is available for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, equipment and hands. Operator is currently using two dish bins to aid in cleaning. Although this could be used as a temporary solution in some situations, it is not considered adequate for proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, dishes and utensils.
- Corrective Action: Operator to install adequate equipment (i.e. a three compartment sink) to ensure items are cleaned and sanitized properly. One compartment needs to be a dedicated hand washing sink and the other two are for wash/rinse and sanitize.

The operator completed a Food Premises Self-Inspection Checklist and submitted this along with any requested supporting documents to the environmental health officer. An on-site inspection was not conducted by the environmental health officer.
