- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Spray bottle QUAT sanitizer solution was around 100 ppm. Sanitizing solutions must be strong enough to destroy bacteria on surfaces to prevent the contamination of staff, clients or food on contact with the improperly cleaned surface.
- Corrective Action: Change sanitizing solutions as required to always maintain an effective concentration (200 ppm unscented bleach, 200 -400 ppm QUAT)

- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle was at approximately 100 ppm. Sanitizing solutions must be strong enough to destroy bacteria on surfaces to prevent the contamination of staff, clients or food on contact with the improperly cleaned surface.
- Corrective Action: Change sanitizing solutions as required to always maintain an effective concentration 200 ppm QUAT- follow manufacturer's specifications.

- 205 - Critical Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Display stands in sandwich meat display cooler were too large and were blocking the air return vents at the front of the cooler. As such, the cooler was not functioning properly and the observed temperature was above 4.4°C (40°F).
- Corrective Action: Remove display stands and ensure air vents at front and back of cooler are kept clear at all times. Display stands were removed at the time of inspection and when the cooler came out of its defrost cycle, temperature was observed to be less than 4.4°C.
