- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- CS 20 pour was checked with AHP 7%- showed no reading on test paper. Tools were not properly dipped inside the CS20pour. Operator was asked to verbally demonstrate the tool cleaning and disinfection procedure. Operator was diluting the CS20 pour with water. Correction made onsite. Manufacturer's instruction discussed in detail with operator. Fresh CS20 pour was filled in the soaking container.Instructed the operator to ensure all the tools are fully submerged in the CS20 pour for proper disinfection.**stated they are changing the pour daily.
- 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
- Some of the single use wooden stick to scoop out the cosmetic product (foot scrub) were left inside the container. Instructed the operator, they are meant to be single use, do not store inside the containers.
