      • Dishwasher measured 68.4C (highest temp reached after running the dishwasher at least 3 times).Please ensure dishwasher reaches at least 71C internal temperature.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Carpet runner observed by fryers. This surface is ont smooth, non-porous and easy to clean and should be removed or replaced with a smooth surface.
