Comments Routine Inspection Conducted Today - Hand sink fully stocked with soap, paper towel, hot and cold water - Used dishes are rinsed and separated from clean dish ware, ware washing is performed at the blue poppy - QUAT sanitizer available for surfaces, measured 300 ppm - All coolers measured less than or equal to 4C, freezers measured less than or equal to -18C - Received list of all food safe staff; all supervisors, managers, and food handlers have a valid food safe level 1 or equivalent certificate - Ice scoops are stored in running water dipper wells - Overall facility was clean and well maintained with no signs of pests at time of inspection
