- ***Outstanding - Noted on October 15, 2025***The chlorine test strips expired in 2021 and 2023. The sanitizer test strips on site were expired over a year. Obtain valid and effective sanitizer test strips.

- There is a large gap underneath the back exit door. The facility must be constructed in a manner that prevents the entry of pests. Install weatherstripping and ensure there is no visible gap.

- There is heavy dust build up on the ceiling tiles, pipes, and heat lamps in the kitchen area. The facility must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner to protect food contamination where it is prepared below. Thoroughly clean the indicated areas.

- Sauces were reheated in the steam table. The cook was instructed to reheat above 74C and then place into the steam table to maintain over 60C.
