      • ***Outstanding - Noted on October 15, 2025***The chlorine test strips expired in 2021 and 2023. The sanitizer test strips on site were expired over a year. Obtain valid and effective sanitizer test strips.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • There is a large gap underneath the back exit door. The facility must be constructed in a manner that prevents the entry of pests. Install weatherstripping and ensure there is no visible gap.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • There is heavy dust build up on the ceiling tiles, pipes, and heat lamps in the kitchen area. The facility must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner to protect food contamination where it is prepared below. Thoroughly clean the indicated areas.

      • Sauces were reheated in the steam table. The cook was instructed to reheat above 74C and then place into the steam table to maintain over 60C.

      • The sanitizer test strips on site were expired over a year. Obtain valid and effective sanitizer test strips.

    • 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • A container of slices vegetables was stored without cover in the cooler. As discussed, cover all foods in storage.
    • 24. Is solid and liquid waste being managed in a suitable manner?
      • A mop bucket was stored in the kitchen during the inspection. As discussed, store mop buckets outside of the kitchen after use.
