      • The Margerine butter was measured at 28 degrees C in the cooler.Butter was discarded by the operator.-Ensure that the perishable food is stored at 4 degrees /c or less under refrigeration.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • There was gap noticed at the bottom of the exit door.-Fix the gap.

      • The insect zapper was in use in the kitchen 3 compartment sink area. The staff was instructed to remove it from the kitchen.Use only passive pest control method such as a glue trap in the food preparation area.
