      • Home-canned food that were donated to the kitchen are stored in the cupboard. Kitchen manager will be removing the product which reportedly has not been used / served.

      • Fridge for leftovers measured 8 degrees Celsius. It appears the thermometer in the fridge is not calibrated or working. Ensure fridge is operating at 4 C or less.
