- Several packs of frozen raw chicken were set out to thaw in the sink in the back kitchen area. The surface temperature of the packs measured at -3 degrees C and operator indicated the pack were set out for about 1 hour.**Please ensure food items are thawed safely under cold running water, in the cooler or using a microwave oven.-The operator put the packs back in the cooler to thaw during the inspection
