- Written procedures were incomplete for assessment. -Please develop and provide a copy of water quality Incident response plan that includes the following: a) the steps to be taken when any of the following occur:i) standards for microbiology, Microbiology, ORP, FAC, CYA, pH, and clarity are not being met. ii) blood / food / chemicals foul the water.iii) fecal / vomit foul the water.b) the name of the appropriate contact person and emergency contact numbers- Ensure the developed plans comply with schedule A of the pool standards for Contamination management for public swimming pools- Water quality response plan must be available and accessible onsite at all times
