      • Mold-like growth was observed along the caulking of the eyewash station and at two hand sinks in the back of house. Please ensure these areas are thoroughly cleaned, or replace the caulking if needed.

      • No chlorine test strips were available for verifying the sanitizer concentration in the large dishwasher, which uses a chlorine sanitizing cycle. Please obtain chlorine test strips to ensure the dishwasher is achieving the required sanitizer concentration during operation.

      • The drain beneath the counter in the salad prep area is observed to be missing a cover. Ensure that a cover is installed to help prevent pests from entering into the facility.

      • A buildup of corrosion is observed on the door hinge of the large ice machine which may result in contamination of the ice. Ensure that the indicated door hinge is replaced to help prevent contamination of the ice.

      • A gap at the receiving door is observed which may permit the entry of pests into the facility. Ensure the gap is sealed to help prevent entry of pests into the facility.

      • 1. The Sink and Surface Sanitizer test strips are expired. 2. The Iodine sanitizer test strips are expired.1-2. Please acquire new test strips.
