- 1. A common disinfectant spray bottle was used to disinfectant diapering mat and other surfaces. Please ensure there is a dedicated spray bottle for disinfecting the diapering mat.2. Cleaning rag was on top of the bleach bottle. Please ensure the following:- cleaning rags are used only once and then disposed of or laundered. This prevents cross-contamination and bacterial spread. Violations were corrected onsite.

- Paper towels were stored directly on surfaces and not in a dispenser/holder at handsinks in upstairs room and in the kitchenette. - Provide paper towel dispenser/ holder at each handsink to prevent contamination of paper towels. - Do not use reusable towels.
