    • C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?
      • Observation(s): Observations: Log of minor injuries/incidents unexpected events updated regularly, play space inspections recorded appropriately, children's arrival and departure times consistently recorded, children's files were reviewed and are complete. Contravention: A review of the incident log indicated that an injury occurred that met the definition of a reportable incident. The incident was appropriately mitigated, however not reported to Licensing. - Prior to the completion of this report, the Manager has submitted the report via the portal. This item is considered as corrected.
      • C4.1B - Notify licensing within 24 hours after a child is involved in, or may have been involved in, a reportable incident described in Schedule H while under the care or supervision of the licensee; 55( 2 )(a)
    • C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?
      • Observation(s): Observations: Facility appears to be safe and free from hazards - hot water measured tank is set to 110 F and fridge temperature thermometer showed temperature to be below 4° C for safe storage of foods.. Contravention: The solution the facility uses for sanitizing the tables was orange oil and vinegar - Only sanitizer's with a DIN number are approved for use in Licensed Child Care. The Manager corrected this at time of inspection by changing the solution and mixing an appropriate amount of bleach and water in the spray bottle.
