    • 10. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Non-Critical)?
      • During the inspection green algae build up was observed under the water table.Please ensure that the basin is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • During the inspection it was found that the screws on the light fixtures under the green and yellow tree water feature were loose. The operator attempted to correct the deficiency but was not able to do so during the duration of the inspection.Please ensure that all screws remain tight on all structures at all times.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • The 4 screws that hold the bee water jet spray features to the pole were loose on both water jets. Operator tightened the 4 screws on both spray features during the inspection. It is recommended that the operators perform routine checks for structural integrity of all the spray features throughout the season. Please ensure that all the screws at the spray park are not loose at any time.
