      • The prep table cooler in plating section was 11C and cooler door gasket was in poor repair. ACTION REQUIRED: repair or replace the indicated cooler. Do not use the cooler for food storage until it consistently maintains temperature at or below 4C.

      • Light visible along the base of the back exterior door of the kitchen. ACTION REQUIRED: Ensure all doorways are tightly sealed.
