- The gasket on the line cooler was in disrepair and repaired with duct tape.-replace any damaged parts/equipment.-duct tape is not a fix-all.

- The floor under shelves in the walk-in cooler was dirty with debris/sauce, etc.-clean the floor, walls, shelves, etc in the walk-in cooler. -recommend adding all equipment on wheels so they can be moved to facilitate easy cleaning.

- One of wall in keg room had black spots of mold. - Clean it with hot soapy water and let it dry. Sanitize the area with 100ppm chlorine.

- Baseboards were peeling from wall behind cooking grill and by the walkin cooler.- Ensure to repair the baseboards.
