- A Personal Service Notification form had not been submitted to AHS prior to today's inspection. This was completed by the operator during the inspection.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- 1. Tweezers were not being fully immersed in disinfectant solution being utilized. Operator moved tweezer to a container that can fully immerse the tweezers during the inspection.2. High level disinfectant on site is being re-used for more than one day and not being tested. Discard high level disinfectant at end of day or begin testing and logging results of product. Alternatively, you can use a low level disinfectant to disinfect tweezers. Operator will start discarding the high level disinfectant after each day for now.
