- There was a bag of onion, several coffee bags and a bag of sugar stored directly on the floor in the basement area. Food must be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to protect it from contamination. The operator placed the food items on the crate at the time of the inspection.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- There was a gap on the bottom of the back exit door. All entry points must be tightly fitted to prevent the entry of pests. Repair/replace the weatherstripping or install a door sweep.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- The lighting levels near the back exit door were not working. Lighting levels must be at a sufficient level to facilitate cleaning and monitoring of pests. Replace the light bulbs.

- Food debris was stuck on the meat slicer.-Clean the meat slicer.
