      • 1. Dirty microwave was observed.-Please clean the identified food equipment and ensure it is kept in sanitary condition.2. A scoop was observed stored inside a dry bulk food container.-Please remove all scoops from bulk food containers to ensure they are cleaned and sanitized regularly and to prevent potential food contamination.
