      • The measured chlorine concentration for the glassware dishwasher in the bar/lounge area was only 50ppm. Please ensure corrective actions are taken and a technician assesses and measured concentration is 100ppm.

      • No test strips were observed for the sink and surface sanitizer, QUAT sanitizer or the bleach/chlorine sanitizer. Ensure test strips are acquired for each of the indicated sanitizers.

      • ** - holes, gaps around plumbing, missing baseboard, holes in weatherstripping, etc. was observed. Please repair.
