      • No test strips were observed for the sink and surface sanitizer, QUAT sanitizer or the bleach/chlorine sanitizer. Ensure test strips are acquired for each of the indicated sanitizers.

A buildup of what appears to be pop syrup and a buildup of grease beneath the deep fryer area were observed.
