      • Observation(s): Observed a dog walking around the back area of facility where the kitchen and brewery equipment are located. Please note that animals are only permitted within a food premises if they are present as a guide or service dog &/or if an EHO determines that the animal will not pose a risk of a health hazard occurring. Based on food manufacturing, food preparation and service occurring in an open concept at the Three Lakes Brewing, pet animals are required to be excluded from inside the Three Lakes Brewery/building.
