- Observation(s): Observed bags of uncooked sausage rolls/raw ground beef in storage on top of &/or against packages of RTE foods like bread and other baked goods inside deep freezers. Operator was requested to re-organize food storage and at the time of site visit & raw animal proteins were relocated to a dedicated set of deep freezers.

- Observation(s): Please install a screen door on the back exit that is being left partially open by staff during work hours. Please install the planned dipper well at the new ice cream service area. Please provide thermometers inside all refrigeration units.
