- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Container of surface sanitizer had 0 ppm quats residual despite label saying it had just been changed. Staff had placed label but left to complete another task, so sanitizer bucket was left with a new label and old solution (that had zero sanitizing concentration)
- Corrective Action(s): Manager changed sanitizer immediately, new sanitizer concentration was at 200 ppm quats. Ensure staff do not label sanitizers as freshly prepared until the solution has been changed.

- Observation: Build-up of mold observed around piping of the fan in the walk in cooler as well as dried on food/dust on walls of walk in cooler. Also observed boxes on the floor under the dry storage shelves with an umbrella, shoes and other items along back wall.
- Corrective Action(s): Clean/clear out above noted areas and maintain clear and clean. Staff on site stated that management is aware of walk-in cooler piping needing a clean and a repair/cleaning person is already scheduled for tomorrow.
