- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low-temperature dishwasher not able to sanitize dishes with chlorine at a concentration of 50 ppm. 2-compartment sink available on site with drain plugs and bleach.
- Corrective Action(s): All customers (dine-in and take-out) are to be served in take-out containers ONLY until dishwasher has been verified functioning by the health inspector. All equipment and utensils are to be re-washed and santiized in the 2-compartment sink today. Failure to comply may lead to progressive enforcement.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing stations at front service area and in kitchen (upon entrance) not supplied with single use paper towel or other hand drying method. Operator placed paper towel in the dispensers during inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): Maintain all designated hand washing stations adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to ensure staff are able to wash their hands properly before handling food.

- Observation: Low-temperature chemical dishwasher measured at 0 ppm chlorine concentration at the plate surface after 4 dishwasher cycles. Operator contacted dishwasher repair company during inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): Repair dishwasher to ensure it is able to dispense minimum of 50 ppm chlorine at the plate surface for adequate sanitizing of equipment and dishes. Maintain a dishwasher log on site and verify dishwasher sanitizer strength daily with chlorine strips - to be checked by the health inspector at the next inspection.
