- Oven hood and other 4 canopy of hoods overdue for professional cleaning (Due in April 2023). Operator called the company at the time of inspection on August 22, 2022 and continuing working on booking a schedule. Contact PHI once all the canopy of hoods have been professionally cleaned.

- Reach-in cooler for storing individual creamer and whipped cream was measured at 9 C. Higher risk food such as dairy products need to be store at 4 C or colder. Operator moved dairy products to coolers measures at 4C or colder at the time of inspection. This unit temperature in the morning was colder than 4 C. It could be whipped cream items blocked the air flow for this unit. Monitor this unit and a follow up with this cooler unit is required
