      • Milk cooler was measured at 11 degrees Celsius. Temperature monitoring records were reviewed. All foods stored in the cooler have been moved to the walk-in cooler measured below 4 degrees Celsius. Ensure that all perishable foods are kept either at or below 4 degrees Celsius, or at or above 60 degrees Celsius.

      • Milk cooler is in disrepair and unable to keep food storage temperature below 4 degrees Celsius. Repair cooler, and do not store any perishable foods in the cooler until repair work is complete.

      • Hand sink by front entrance and hand sink next to egg station were not stocked with paper towel. This was corrected during the inspection. Ensure hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towel at all times.

      • Clean utensils were stored on shelf directly next to dishwasher on side where dirty dishes would be placed. Move these utensils so there is adequate separation of dirty and clean areas.

      • The following areas had a build up of dirt/food debris:- Shelf and area surrounding smoothie machine- Shelf where dishwasher racks were kept- Hard to reach areas of the floor under shelving - Handles of equipment such as dishwasher and coolers. Please clean and ensure these are added to a regular cleaning schedule.
