- Quats sanitizer was observed to be visibly dirty and had exceeded the designated replacement time indicated on the timestamp. The concentration was measured at 100 ppm. The operator was instructed to prepare a fresh solution. Upon preparation, the new solution was tested and measured at 200 ppm.

- Staff's glasses were observed on the packaging near drive through service window. Operator was advised not to store any personal item in the food handling area. Operator removed the glasses upon request.

- A gap was observed beneath the rear exterior door. The operator was advised to repair the door seal to prevent potential pest entry.

- Steel shelving above the egg station was observed to have accumulated dust and debris. The operator was advised to clean the area. A photo of the cleaned shelving was later provided by the operator via email as confirmation of corrective action.
