- Expired baby foods were found on the shelf. - Removed immediately and a staff was assigned to go through the expiration.

- 0PPM of sanitizer was measured from the produce sanitizer station. The concentrate bottle was empty. - Mixed a bucket of 200ppm quat solution.Ensure test strip is used on daily basis to confirm concentration.

- A staff interviewed from the produce department was not familiar with the hand hygiene and glove use practices.- Ensure education is provided for the staff, reminded gloves do not replace hand washing and the handwashing moment.

- The hot water pressure at the back handwashing sink was insufficient.- Repair
