    • 03. Is all food in this facility fit for human consumption and not unwholesome, spoiled, or adulterated?
      • Expired baby foods were found on the shelf. - Removed immediately and a staff was assigned to go through the expiration.
    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • 0PPM of sanitizer was measured from the produce sanitizer station. The concentrate bottle was empty. - Mixed a bucket of 200ppm quat solution.Ensure test strip is used on daily basis to confirm concentration.

    • 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
      • A staff interviewed from the produce department was not familiar with the hand hygiene and glove use practices.- Ensure education is provided for the staff, reminded gloves do not replace hand washing and the handwashing moment.
    • 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • The hot water pressure at the back handwashing sink was insufficient.- Repair
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Gaps were found at the back loading door (Green).- Ensure the gaps are sealed to prevent entry of pest.
