- The hand sink in the employee washroom did not have paper towel.Obtain paper towel supplied in a dispenser.

- Mice droppings were noted beneath the wire rack adjacent to the ice machine.Remove the mice droppings. Clean and disinfect all area contaminated by droppings.

- The interior of the prep cooler in the main cook line and bar cooler had food debris, spillage, and mold. Thoroughly clean and sanitizer the interior of these prep coolers.
