      • No test strips or record were available for testing and monitoring the high level disinfectant. Please ensure test strips are available and a daily monitoring check list is created and completed.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Informed that equipment such as reusable cuticle pushers, comedone extractors, and drill bits were being cleaned using the ultrasonic machine and detergent BioSan then with BioMers Disinfectant(DIN 0221071, fungicide) which is an intermediate level disinfectant prior to leaving on the reprocessing rack to dry. Because equipment is semi-critical, requirements that a high level disinfectant is required. Please ensure corrective actions are taken and a high level disinfectant is available and used onsite.
